Gabrielle is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and recently completed a Master of Psychology specialising in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Gabrielle takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to helping identify your goals for therapy, and create a tailored plan following evidence-based therapy to achieve these. Gabrielle is passionate about helping others feel heard and empowered, and strives to create a safe and comfortable space to express yourself and tell your story without fear or judgement.
Specialising in Sport and Performance Psychology, Gabrielle has worked with adolescent and young adult elite athletes from sports including Volleyball, Rugby, Track and Field and Swimming. Through education and the creation of an individualised toolkit of skills, Gabrielle works with athletes to help them reach their sporting potential and take their performance to the next level.
Gabrielle has worked with clients experiencing a range of difficulties and concerns, with her areas of interest including:

- Mood Disorders such as depression
- Social Anxiety
