Jenny Saulitis is a General Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Jenny has been working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings including in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), Clinical Lead at headspace Maroochydore, and most recently as a school counsellor in a private school on the Sunshine Coast.
Psychologist Jenny enjoys working collaboratively with children and adolescents and approaches each individual in a non-judgmental, fun and warm manner. Jenny encourages clients to set manageable goals, utilize strengths, build problem solving and life skills and move towards personal change and growth.
Jenny’s areas of interest include disordered eating, anxiety, low mood, self harm, school challenges, stress management, OCD symptoms, anger, sleep issues, ADHD, relationship difficulties and unhelpful thinking.
Jenny uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
