Psychology support across the Sunshine Coast
The therapeutic relationship can make a meaningful difference to how comfortable you feel engaging in care. That is why we take time to understand what you are looking for before helping you choose a Psychologist or Counsellor.
Integrated Wellness Clinic provides Sunshine Coast Psychology services from Mooloolaba, Caloundra and Noosa, as well as telehealth. Our practitioners work with different ages, therapy approaches and areas of interest, so the focus is not simply on booking the first available person. Instead, we aim to help you find someone whose experience and style are suited to your needs.
Our approach is evidence-informed, practical and collaborative. We want clients to feel welcomed, heard and treated as individuals rather than as a diagnosis.
Support across life's stages
Different stages of life bring different needs. Our Sunshine Coast team includes practitioners who work across the lifespan, from children aged 4+ through to elderly clients, as well as couples and families.
Support may include emotional regulation, anxiety, behaviour, family changes, neurodivergence, learning-related concerns and developmental needs.
A supportive space for anxiety, mood, school stress, identity, relationships, self-esteem, neurodivergence and life transitions.
Support for mental health, relationships, work stress, trauma, grief, major life changes, adjustment and personal wellbeing.
Relationship counselling, communication support, later-life transitions, grief, adjustment, retirement, health changes and ageing-related concerns.

Hi, I’m Suzi Le Fanue, co-founder of Integrated Wellness Clinic. I’m a Naturopath by trade with a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science), and I’m passionate about mental health, integrative healthcare and helping people live well every day.
While Psychology isn’t my profession, I care deeply about creating a clinic that feels nurturing, welcoming and down to earth. I also believe the right practitioner match matters, which is why our team takes time to help connect each client with someone suited to their needs.
Integrated Wellness Clinic remains family operated and has now consulted with more than 30,000 clients.

Funding & rebates
Funding depends on the practitioner, referral, your plan or policy and the service provided. Our team can explain what information we need before your first appointment.
You do not need a GP referral to book privately. If you have an eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan or other valid referral pathway, you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate when seeing an eligible Medicare-registered Psychologist. Eligibility and rebate amounts are determined by Medicare.
Psychology or counselling may be claimable where the support is included in your plan and funding is self-managed or plan-managed. Integrated Wellness Clinic is not an NDIS registered provider, so please confirm your plan requirements before booking.
Some private health policies include Psychology benefits. Coverage varies by insurer, level of cover, practitioner and service. Check directly with your health fund and ask our team for the relevant provider details if required.
Medicare and private health benefits generally cannot both be claimed for the same Psychology service. Funding information is general only and should be confirmed with the relevant funder.
For GPs & referrers
We would love to work alongside GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists and other health professionals supporting Sunshine Coast clients. Our team can help match referrals with a suitable practitioner across Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Noosa or telehealth, with minimal wait times currently available.

Frequently asked questions
No. You can book a private Psychology appointment without a referral. A valid referral is generally required if you want to claim an eligible Medicare rebate.
Psychology fees are generally around $210–$225 per consultation, depending on the Psychologist and the service being completed. Some assessments, reports, longer appointments or other services have different fees. Our team will provide you with the exact fee information relevant to your booking when you enquire or make an appointment, before the service is completed.
We currently have minimal wait times across our Sunshine Coast Psychology team. Availability changes between practitioners and locations, so our client support team can check the earliest suitable option for you.
Across the team we consult with children from approximately age 4, teenagers, adults and older adults. We also provide relationship and couples support with practitioners who work in that area.
You do not need to work this out alone. Tell our team what you would like support with, your preferred location, age, availability and any preferences you have. We can then suggest practitioners whose scope and interests appear relevant.
Registered Psychologists practising in Australia are required to hold registration through the Psychology Board of Australia/AHPRA. Our team also includes other mental health practitioners such as Counsellors; Counsellors are not AHPRA registered and may instead hold professional membership or registration with bodies such as PACFA.
Self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants may be able to use relevant plan funding for eligible services. Integrated Wellness Clinic is not an NDIS registered provider. Please confirm that the service is covered by your plan before booking.
Some policies provide Psychology benefits. Your rebate depends on your fund, level of cover and practitioner. Contact your insurer to confirm eligibility before your appointment.
Yes. Telehealth is available with selected practitioners and may be useful when travel, location or scheduling makes in-person appointments difficult.
